Officers include the President, Vice-President, Secretary/Treasurer and Immediate Past President who serve two-year terms on the Executive Committee along with three Representatives-at-Large, who each serve three-year terms. They all are elected at the annual business meeting which takes place during the spring meeting. Additional committees are appointed as needed to develop programs and examine issues relevant to the archival community.
